Part 1: Fill out registration form (Please use Google Chrome)
A confirmation email will be automatically sent when your online registration is sumbitted.
Part 2: register / renew online with NERVA
Please sign up with Sport Engine for New Englad Region Volleyball Association - NERVA (USAV)
Part 3: Mail tryout fee and copy of membership card
- Include $50 tryout fee made payable to "Metrowest Volleyball Club"
- Include copy of NERVA registration membership card as proof of registration
