2026-2027 Membership Fees
Tryout fee is included in prices listed below. Tryout fees cover gym rental and a numbered t-shirt that must be worn to each tryout. Tryout fees are non-refundable.
USAV/NERVA Membership is required for all participants and is separate from any Fees. (Sport Engine)
AAU tournament entry fees, AAU player membership, and AAU Team fee is included in our Apex Level Fees for the Metrowest teams that participate in AAU tournaments.
Uniform Order is separate (not included in Club/Club+/Apex fees). Uniforms will be ordered by individual players once assigned to a team. Credit card payment is direct with the company supplying the orders. Uniforms are shipped directly to the player approximately 3-4 weeks after the end of tryouts.

Club Policy
All Fees are due in full on the final tryout date. Club fees are non-refundable. Payment plans are available and should be discussed privately with the Club Director. Club 'Financial Agreements' stipulate payment schedules and need to be signed and returned to the club. Please retain a copy for your own records.
All fees must be paid in full and are non-refundable regardless of the duration of participation by the individual. This is due to the fact that membership in the Club is limited and others were denied a position by your acceptance of a position on a team within the Club. Total membership fee is due for each player even if a player is absent from tournament dates or practices. Refunds for a player that is injured (and no longer able to participate) during a Club practice or competition may be addressed with the Club Director. Players injured outside of Club activities will not be refunded their Fees.
All checks should be made payable to: Metrowest Volleyball Club.

Options
We will take any Apex Level team to any tournament (i.e. Atlantic Championship at Hartford in May, or out of state tournaments in New York, Penn, Florida, etc.) as long as the parents determine that they want to invest in that level of travel, time and expense. Parents may ask for more details per the coach or Club Director. Must be done early in the season to apply for tournament registration (tournaments often fill in September-November).
