All parts of registration must be completed to be considered pre-registered for tryouts.

Part 1: Fill out the registration form (Please use Google Chrome).A confirmation email will be automatically sent when your online registration is submitted.

Part 2: Register/renew online with NERVA.Please sign up with Sport Engine for New England Region Volleyball Association - NERVA (USAV)

Part 3: Mail tryout fee and copy of membership card.Include $50 tryout fee made payable to "Metrowest Volleyball Club."Include copy of NERVA registration membership card as proof of registration.

An additional confirmation email will be sent from the Club once the materials arrive in the mail.
